Electric Power DSM(Demand SIDE Management) Terminal

General Introduction:
Electric Power DSM(Demand Side Management)Terminal is a new generation of brainpower terminalexclusively designed for DSM and field service for electricity utilizationcombining modern mobile communication technologies(GPRS,CDMA,CSD,SMS,PSTN),SCM(Single Chip Microcomputer)technology and energy measuring technologygenerating the management data for the electricity sectorenriching the anti-tamper capacity of the electricity sector via abnormal consumption alarmfulfilling the on-site control,management and service for consumers via accepting the plan issued by electricity sectorproviding the refined management with advanced technology tools.

Functions and Features:
1. Measuring all of the parameters, such as: energy consumption, current, voltage, power.
2. Faults recorder (10 items): record the pre-fault data of current, voltage, power consumption value per minute during 15 minutes before fault occurrence.
3. Reading terminal: Collect and store multi-fimction KHM data through RS485 bus, including bi-directional active/reactive energy with demand in TOU and 4-quadrant reactive energy.
4. Channel: GSM, GPRS, CDMA or GSM + touch-tone telephone and broadband network as spare.
5. Protocol: Field service and management system communication protocol.
6. Data transmission:
Active: report relevant data and abnormal alarm information at regular time;
Passive: take orders of detection (real-time data or historical data) and set up, etc.
7. Abnormal alarm function; Event record function.
8. Store load curves, spot test users' voltage quality randomly.
9. Function control, electricity control, time control and remote control functions.
10. Large screen dot-matrix LED, parameters are settable.

Specifications and Parameters:
1. Supply mode: Three phase power supply. The terminal still works normally even if power cm happens to one phase (3 phase 3 wire) or two phase (3 phase 4 phase)
2. Standard voltage: rated voltage(3*100V, 3*57/100V, 3*220V/380V) x±20%
3. Power consumption: IVA/Phase in the waiting state (no communication with the front end processor)
4. Standby Power Supply: communicate with the front end processor at least three times (report the date, time, active/reactive power), keep data and maintain the clock chip under the conditions of AC power failure
5. Local interface: Set up and read data via infrared or RS485
